 Happy Valley Retreat specialises in conferences, seminars, boardroom meetings and functions in Stanthorpe.  We offer a variety of facilities and catering packages so that you can have your conference, meeting or event how you want, where you want and most importantly, at the budget you want.

 You can expect to receive our undivided attention, whether your need is for a small boardroom meeting or a conference for up to 150 people.

 

Davadi Room

The Davadi Room provides an ideal meeting space with plenty of natural light, log fireplace for those cold winter days and air-conditioning and ceiling fans for warmer summer days.  The sun-filled courtyard makes an ideal breakout area, or you may choose to use the facilities of the adjoining Cellar Bar lounge area.

 The Davadi Room can accommodate –

  • 70 people in theatre style
  • 40 people in class room style
  • 35 people in U shape style

The Homestead Restaurant

This large, impressive room is perfect for accommodating conferences with 60 to 150 attendees.  With plenty of natural light, this room boast it’s own veranda over looking our water features and dam.

 The Homestead Restaurant can accommodate –

  • 150 people in theatre style
  • 80 people in classroom style
  • 60 people in U shape
